Detailed Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Kibale
- Transfer to Kibale: 7 Days Uganda Tanzania Wildlife Safari will start on Day one in Uganda. Our tour guide will link up with you at 8 am either in Entebbe or Kampala and together you will embark on your journey to Kibale National Park in western Uganda. On this journey, you will make short spots for sightseeing, bathroom breaks, and snacks. Your first major stop will be in Fort Portal town where you will have lunch and have an opportunity to visit the King’s Palace, tour Fort portal town before you proceed to Kibale National Park which is 30 mins from the town. You will be in Kibale National Park in the late afternoon, check into your accommodation where you will refresh, relax; later have dinner and a night rest,
Day 2: Chimpanzee Trekking
- Chimpanzee Trekking: Day two of the 7 Days Uganda Tanzania Wildlife Safari, you will be up early, have breakfast at your accommodation, and at 7:30 am head to the Kibale National Park offices for a Chimpanzee trekking briefing. After the briefing you will then head into the forest will a trekking ranger to find the rare chimpanzees. When you find the chimpanzees you will spend an hour with the chimpanzees and then exit the forest. This whole experience will take up all your morning and probably stretch into the mid-morning. After trekking, you will head back to your accommodation where you will have lunch and spend the after at leisure. You can take a nature walk in the Bigodi Swamps if you wish to. You will have dinner and a night rest at your accommodation.
Day 3: Transfer to Entebbe and Fly to Arusha
- Transfer to Entebbe & Fly to Arusha; Day three of the 7 days Kibale Serengeti Ngorongoro Safari, you will be up early have breakfast and at 8am check out of your accommodation and head to Entebbe. This will be a 5 to 6-hour journey and you will have lunch en route. You will be at Entebbe International airport in the late afternoon. You will spend the afternoon at leisure and in the evening you will catch a flight to Arusha where you will have an overnight stay.
Day 4: Transfer to Serengeti (Half day game drive)
- Transfer to Serengeti: Day four of the 7 days Kibale Serengeti Ngorongoro Safari, you will be up early have breakfast and check out of your accommodation with a picnic snack to head North East to Serengeti National Park. You will be on the road for about 4 to 5 hours and when you arrive in Serengeti National Park you will have lunch before you head out for an afternoon game drive to see some of the numerous animals that live in the park; this game drive will stretch into the evening and after you will head to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4: Serengeti full day game drive
- Serengeti Full day game drive: Day five of the 7 days Kibale Serengeti Ngorongoro Safari, you will be up quite early, have breakfast, pack a picnic snack and lunch and then head to the wild for a full day of wildlife viewing in Serengeti National Park, since it’s a full day game drive you will be in the wildlife till evening, you will just have a lunch break to eat your picnic lunch. You will be back at your accommodation in the evening, to refresh have dinner and a night rest.
Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater (Full day game drive)
- Ngorongoro Crater: Day six of the 7 days Kibale Serengeti Ngorongoro Safari you will be up early by 6am, have breakfast, and then head to Ngorongoro Crater for a full day game drive that will give you a chance to see the famous wildebeest. Because it’s a full day game drive you will have a lunch break where you will eat your picnic lunch, the game drive will end in the evening and after you will head to your booked accommodation, check-in, have dinner, and night rest.
Day 7: Departure to Arusha to Kilimanjaro
- Departure to Arusha to Kilimanjaro: The final day of the 7 days Kibale Serengeti Ngorongoro Safari, you will be up at leisure but still in the morning, have breakfast at your accommodation and after check out of your accommodation before you head to Arusha where the tour guide will drop you at location of your choice in Arusha. You will still have a picnic lunch on this day.
