Day 1: Kigali – Volcanoes National Park
Upon your arrival at the Kigali airporut, meet our driver and after embark the safari vehicle and then transfer to Ruhengeri, but with the stop over at the Kigali genocide memorial, after driver to Ruhengeri with lunch en-route and then check in for dinner and overnight at Mountain Gorilla View Lodge/Laplame Hotel/Kinigi Guest House/Muhabura Guest House. Day 2: Gorilla Trekking and Iby’Iwacu Cultural Village
Breakfast, and thereafter transfer to the park headquarters for briefing about the gorillas in the mist, and thereafter enter into the volcanoes jungle to trek the primates and when you meet the gorillas take amazing photos and videos. After return to the park office for your gorilla trekking certificate and then drive back to your lodge and relax. In the evening visit the Iby’iwacu cultural village and experience the Rwanda cultural performances, shop the art and crafts and after return to your lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan: F/B
Day 3: Golden Monkey Tracking – Lake Kivu
After breakfast, move again to the park offices for the briefing and after enter into the jungle to trek the other endangered golden monkey and other primates, birds and butterflies. Lunch, after embark the safari vehicle and transfer to Lake Kivu for dinner and overnight at Lake Kivu Serena Hotel. Meal plan: F/B
Day 4: Boat Ride – Kigali
Have breakfast and after go for the unforgettable boat cruise along the Lake Kivu and on this cruise you will experience the panoramic view of the Mountain Nyiragongo and visit to some fishing villages. Lunch, after embark the safari vehicle and transfer back to Kigali airport for your return flight.
