RWENZORI  MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK.

The park is a home to the landscape in the world, the mountain is 1000 Kilometers square in size, Rwenzori was named by UNESCO WORLD Heritage site because of the extraordinary nature experience the land of hiking activities, breath taking waterfalls ,valleys  of nine lakes, with fauna and flora there a number of  endangered species.

LAKE MBURO  NATIONAL PARK.

Lake Mburo National Park is the smallest National park in the western region of Uganda its approximately 375 Kilometers squares   it’s a home to Zebras ,Impalas, hyenas ,leopards and many more to  spot. A bird’s haven with perfect sceneries for photographers.

Bwindi national park

Bwindi national park is located in the southwest part of Uganda, its known for the famous mountain Gorillas in the world inhabiting over 800 endangered mountain Gorillas .it has rich ecosystem in Africa,with over  600 birds species,500 tree species, geckos ,butterflies ,frogs, geckos and chameleons.

SEMILIKI NATIONAL PARK

Semiliki National Park is best famous for the Sempaya Hot springs, the hot springs one cannot bath in them since the temperature is over 2000C.

One can boil eggs, green bananas within ten minutes; the park has primate creatures including the elephants, grey-checked mangabey, elephants, monkeys, chimpanzees, antelopes and other bird species.

The park is a lowland tropical forest with riches of fauna and flora in Africa.

Murchison falls National Park

Murchison falls National Park is the oldest and biggest national park in Uganda with a majestic epic river Nile adventure. Murchison falls National Park has a number of mammals such as lions, buffaloes, elephants, leopards, giraffes, zebras, hippos and many more. Amazing views of the water falls as you watch it squeezing through a narrow gorge with amazing beautiful waterfalls.

Kibale National Park

Kibale National park is a habitat for the chimpanzees and wildlife, a great safari tour. Watch as animals graze in the park of diversity these including endangered species in their natural habitat. Kidepo valley National park is one of the isolated National parks in Uganda. The journey is worthy through the terrain vegetation with amazing   beautifully borders with Kenya and Sudan.

Mgahinga Gorilla National Park

Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, is a dense forest of natural  its located to   Kisoro region, the park is a dense natural habitat part of the  rare mountain Gorillas, golden monkeys.

The opportunity of cultural experience as you visit the Batwa pygmies, these are hunter gatherers the first people who lived in the forest. Mgahinga national park is an extinct of volcanoes.

Mountain Elgon National park

The park is an extinct of volcano in the world, the park was gazette in 1992,it has the Kenyan part which was gazette in 1968.The region in Uganda covers approximately 1110 square Kilometers.

Bird lovers have an opportunity of spotting a number of bird species, amazing fauna and flora invertebrates.

Kidepo national park could be a great one for children however it’s a long drive not favorable for children unless one decides.

Ziwa Rhino  sanctuary is also part of the parks  that are family friendly, with great areas for children ,Rhinos are  trekked on foot  ,its an adventure  area  for children with armed rangers who walk by your side, incase of anything their able to scare away the animals.
