Day 1: Entebbe/Kampala – Bwindi Gorilla Safari
After your breakfast from the hotel of residence, meet our guide, and thereafter transfer to southwestern Uganda via the Masaka-Mbarara highway with an en-route stop at the Uganda equator for snacks, amazing photographs.
Lunch in Mbarara town at Agip Motel or Regency Hotel, then take a trail through the verdant land to the park and enjoy your dinner and overnight at Mahogany Springs/Gorilla Resort/Kitandara Camp/Buhoma Camp. Meal plan: H/B
Day 2: Uganda Gorilla Trekking
Have breakfast, and transfer to the park headquarters for the briefing before you set off at 9:00 am through the tracks to search for the humble giants. You will go with a packed lunch because it’s hard to determine how long it will take you to meet these great apes.
However, the time ranges between 2 and 9 hours depending on the movement of the giant primates. The activity is tiresome; it involves walking along steep hilly tracks. However, encountering these great relatives of man erases all the poor memories/hardships you went through in trying to find them.
They are awe-inspiring! After the experience, return to park offices to be awarded with the gorilla trekking certificate, and after return to lodge for dinner and overnight, Meal plan: F/B
Day 3: Bwindi-Kampala/Entebbe
Take your cup of coffee and then embark on our safari vehicle and drive back to Kampala with lunch en route; thereafter, drive again to Entebbe airport to get your return flight back home marking the end of a great 3 Days Gorilla trekking Bwindi safari.
